Confronting transition in life and work is never easy. Embracing change with awareness and supporting your resilience can allow you to thrive in changing environments. This workshop is designed to help prepare graduate students for the challenges of the world of work. 

This 2.5 hour workshop will help give you the space to understand and manage changes in life and work and develop strategies to help you effectively manage yourself in change. Participants will come away with tools they can apply in both study and work. 

Limited to 20 places. Only $25 for graduate students. 

Afternoon tea and refreshments will be provided.

  • William Bridges Model of Transitions

  • Checklists for managing self in moments of transition

  • Reflection and narrative

  • An appreciative inquiry into successful, positive change
