Reporting

Over the two-year affiliation period, Graduate Groups must provide various documents/reports (such as membership lists) to GSA.

SUBMIT REPORTS NOW

The schedule for reporting, and what documents need to be submitted, depends on the size of the Graduate Group.

Group size: Small (6–100 students)

Smaller Graduate Groups must provide the following documents annually:

  1. Minutes of AGM
  2. New membership list or estimated number
  3. Change of Office Bearers
  4. Evidence of use of GSA logo & link to website/social media

Group size: Medium (100–999 students)

Medium Graduate Groups must provide the following documents annually:

  1. Minutes of AGM
  2. New membership list or estimated number
  3. Change of Office Bearers
  4. Evidence of use of GSA logo & link to website/social media

    PLUS:
  5. Highlight activities using GSA funds

Group size: Large (1000+ students)

Large Graduate Groups must provide the following documents annually:

  1. Minutes of AGM
  2. New membership list or estimated number
  3. Change of Office Bearers
  4. Evidence of use of GSA logo & link to website/social media

    PLUS:
  5. Highlight activities using GSA funds (every 6 months)
  6. Reconciled accounts of expenditure of GSA funds
  7. Projected budget for GSA funds – annual, in advance
