Botanical Mystery Tour - GSA Daytrips

Friday 11 September 2009

Join us for a day of flora fun as we visit some of Melbourne's hidden treasures including Melbourne Uni’s own Burnley Gardens; a treasure of botanical delights nestled close to the city by the Yarra River. After a tour of the gardens we will head to the wonderful Tesselaar Tulip Farm in Silvan for a walk amongst the thousands of just-blooming Tulips, stopping to enjoy our own BYO lunch. We then head to the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens where we check in on the wonderful offerings including the “Australian Garden”, the brand new Visitor’s Centre, Bookshop and Cafe before heading back to Melbourne Uni.
