Meeting rooms for hire
Postgraduate students can book meeting rooms in the Graduate Centre for academic purposes (such as study groups, seminars, presentations) free of charge. Six rooms are available:

To make a room booking, contact the Building Services Officer Nick Chilcott in room G25 or phone 8344 8247. Bookings are on a first in, first served basis and should be made at least a week in advance. Bookings in the evening or on weekends may incur charges for additional building supervision.
